1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
The General Terms and Conditions prevail over any other document, unless specific conditions are expressly accepted in writing by Olinwan Beauty.

2.1 Product Characteristics
The products offered are cosmetic and skincare products.
They are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist, particularly in the visuals, without Olinwan Beauty being held liable.
The information provided does not constitute medical advice. In case of doubt or a specific dermatological condition, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.
2.2 Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email and refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

3. Order
3.1 Ordering Process

4. Proceed to secure payment.
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once the payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
This email serves as proof of the transaction and final acceptance of the order.

4. Price and Payment

Delivery costs are specified before final order confirmation.
Olinwan Beauty reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
4.2 Payment
Payment is made online via secure platforms (credit card, PayPal or other methods offered).
The order is considered final after payment has been received.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery methods
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination.
5.2 Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated automatically and shown before order confirmation.
5.3 Delivery problems
In the event of a damaged, missing or non-compliant package, the Customer must contact Olinwan Beauty by email within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Right of withdrawal and hygiene products
6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
6.2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for opened products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for hygiene or care products unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health and hygiene protection.
Therefore, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal.
6.3 Returns for unopened products
When the products are unopened, unused and returned in their original undamaged packaging, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the products.

6.4 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first order only)
As a commercial and exceptional measure, Olinwan Beauty offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, applicable only to the first order.
The Customer may contact customer service within 14 days of receiving their first order if:
• a confirmed skin reaction is observed, or
• The routine proved unsuitable for the skin type despite being used according to the instructions.
Each request is subject to a case-by-case analysis.
Olinwan Beauty may request additional information in order to assess the request.
Following this analysis, Olinwan Beauty may propose, at its sole discretion:
• personalized advice,
• a credit note valid on the website,
• or, exceptionally, a refund.
This guarantee:
• is limited to one request per customer.
• is reserved for new customers.
• does not involve any physical returns of the product, for hygiene reasons.
• does not constitute an automatic refund in any way.

7. Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from:
• of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
• of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper use.
