1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on the website, the Customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail over any other document.
2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor differences may exist between the visuals presented and the products delivered.

Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed by email and refunded within 14 days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination, and are displayed before final validation.
5.3. Delivery Problems
In case of any anomaly upon receipt (damaged package, missing product), the Customer must inform Olinwan Beauty by email within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
6.2. Return terms

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned products.
7. Guarantees

7.2. Limitations
The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, or lack of maintenance.
